We delivered 11 axle weighers which were installed closely together in order to perform an exact weighing of the axles for all configurations.
Customer’s request
The customer liked to know the exact axle weights of all types of trucks which they produced. Moreover, the customer wanted to check the additional features of the truck (e.g. extra spoiler, …).
Our solution
As only 1 axle weigher could not perform properly, we decided to install 11 axle weighers. Therefore, we checked all axle configurations first. Based on this check, we determined the width and the number of axle weighers. The customer also asked for an entry panel, as well as cameras which could take a picture of every side of the truck in order to check the possible options.
