Customer’s request
The customer was looking for a weighbridge on which their customers could weigh independently. This could go for the collection of both bulk and general cargo already ordered through the webshop or ordered on site.
Our solution
For this, a ground-level 18x3m weighbridge with a control pillar equipped with a touchscreen, QR reader and printer was the best solution. All this for fluent registration. We installed tablets with custom software in their forklift trucks. Thanks to this software, weighing is easier and less time-consuming.
By installing a control post at the exit, we can avoid that no order remains open. When the order is finished, the customer can exit using a QR code. The control post is equipped with status LEDs.
As an extra check, a camera was provided. This takes a picture of the weighbridge for each weighing. The photos can be retrieved via Robbe software.
