Weighing under a bulk loading station could be very interesting for your company, so you can fill and load directly on the weighbridge. Subsequently, you can perform a calibrated weighing, so you don’t need to weigh on another weighbridge anymore. This way, you lose a lot of precious time. Moreover, you create extra movements which put safety at risk.
Of course, for weighing under a bulk loading station, all types of weighbridges could be used. Ground floor weighbridges, above-ground weighbridges and mobile weighbridges, for example. This construction is possible whenever a bulk loading station still has to be built. But whenever there is already an existent bulk loading station, it becomes a lot more difficult. Hence, it is not possible to install assembly cranes anymore in order to install heavy weighbridge decks.
Often, the weighbridge has to be longer, because the truck needs to drive forward and backward in order to load different kinds of compartments. If you want to keep weighing, the weighbridge has to be longer than normal. For this, we could offer you all required dimensions. We installed already a weighbridge of 36 meters in length under an asphalt plant. Even larger dimensions are possible.
