With the ONW RI6000E you can quickly and easily determine the proportion of dry matter and starch of potatoes.
By means of underwater weighing you can read the amount of grams and percentage of dry matter compared to 5 kg of potatoes on the display in 4 simple actions.
The device consists of a Robbe weighing indicator, a loadcell, one stainless steel basket and a barrel filled with water.
The measurement is done with approximately 5 kg of potatoes. After measuring the weight above water and then under water, the weight indicator will show the underwater weight in grams compared to 5 kg as well as showing % dry matter and % starch on the display.
The device is standard equipped with a USB stick in which results are registered in a CSV file:
